Cancellation policy

Consumers have a right to cancel the purchase within 30 days.

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Murali Nair, Postfach 219001, 33697 Bielefeld, Germany, hallo@asmi.store, Phone: 49 521 4481 4714) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).

You may use the attached sample revocation form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of revocation before the revocation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this Agreement, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (other than additional charges arising from your choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notice of your revocation of this Agreement.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged for this repayment. We may refuse a repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Different return costs regulation for Germany

We will bear the direct costs of returning the goods if the return shipment is made within Germany.

Return labels

Without prejudice to your statutory rights, we provide you with free return labels for your return shipment within Germany. We will send you the return label by email. You can hand in the return shipment at a parcel shop of the respective provider in Germany.
