Face Elixir

1300 years ago, Ayurvedic masters in India experimented with herbs that help regenerate the skin. They developed a recipe that was very effective: medicinal herbs such as saffron flowers, blue lotus, vetiver, red sandalwood and 20 other rare ingredients were boiled in sesame oil and distilled to produce an elixir. The users found it so good that they believed the two Ayurvedic gods Nasatya and Dasara brought the divine elixir to the people. The recipe is mentioned in ancient Ayurvedic texts such as Ashtanga Hridayam and Bhaisajya Ratnavalli around 700 AD.
The main ingredient of this effective elixir is saffron, which is said to have the ability to improve skin tone and complexion. Soothing ingredients like red sandalwood, vetiver and bael fruit help your skin fight pollution. Essences from plants like Java fig, mahua and licorice treat superficial problems like discoloration and scars.
APPLICATION
The elixir works best if you apply it at night before going to bed. Put a few drops on your palm and warm the oil by rubbing your palms together. Gently massage it onto your face and neck. You can leave it on overnight or remove your face after 2 hours. The scent takes some getting used to, as it is completely natural and odorless. After 30 days of regular use, you will notice the improvements on your face.

Can the deep sleep oil be used for children?
The oil can be used in children from 3 years. I also use it on my daughter. Massaging the feet while you put your child to bed is a nice way to calm down after an active day.
Can the deep sleep oil help against teeth grinding?
Yes, I can personally confirm that. Massaging the jaw before bed is a great way to relieve tension.
How sustainable are the ingredients?
We source our oils from trusted partners in India and Nepal. the government. Jatamansi is a protected plant and only grows above 3000 meters in the Himalayas. The export of Jatamansi is strictly regulated. Our oils are wild harvested and not grown in a mass farm.
For how many nights would one bottle be enough?
We recommend using no more than 3-4 drops of the oils per night. That is less than 1 ml. So the 30 ml bottle would be enough for at least 30 nights.
