How the evening ritual unfolds
The ritual doesn't have to be perfect. Just honest. Just conscious. It takes ten minutes — and creates a space that is often missing otherwise.
- 01 Brew the tea. Pour hot water (85–90 °C) over a heaped teaspoon of Herba Verde and let it steep for 5–7 minutes. Everything slows down while the tea steeps.
- 02 Warm the oil. Put a few drops of Nidra Deep Sleep Oil into the palms of your hands and gently warm it between your hands. Consciously inhale the natural scent of Jatamansi and Night Jasmine.
- 03 Massage. Massage the soles of your feet, temples, forehead, and jaw for 3–5 minutes — classic Marma points of the Ayurvedic Abhyanga practice.
- 04 Drink the tea. A warm cup in your hands. The oil absorbs. The day can go.
