What your skin has known for 1,300 years
Ayurvedic masters experimented with herbs that regenerate the skin in the 7th century. The result — a formula from the Ashtanga Hridayam — remains unchanged to this day: saffron, blue lotus, red sandalwood, and 21 other botanical ingredients, simmered in sesame oil according to classical tradition.
Three minutes. Every evening. The oil is fully absorbed, leaves no residue — and slows down the day in a way no cream ever could.
What the root needs, not the shaft
In the Charaka Samhita, hair is described as Mala of the Asthi Dhatu — as a byproduct of bone tissue. What is balanced internally manifests externally: in texture, shine, and density. The Hair Elixir starts where modern hair care ends: at the root.
Brahmi, Amla, Bhringraj — three of the most significant Rasayana plants in Ayurvedic tradition. Ten minutes of head massage. Once a week as a base, more often for Vata constitution.
Why the two belong together.
The same carrier oil
Both elixirs are based on sesame oil — the classic Abhyanga oil of Ayurveda. Warm, deeply penetrating, balancing for all three doshas. One language, two rituals.
The same principle
Mukha Abhyanga for the face, Keshavardhana for the hair — both are classical oil massage rituals. No foaming, no scrubbing. Nourish, penetrate, root.
The same moment
Massage in Hair Elixir, leave for 30–60 minutes. During this time: apply Face Elixir. Both rituals seamlessly intertwine — no extra effort.
How the Duo works
Warm the Hair Elixir
Bring a few drops to body temperature between your palms. Heat activates the active ingredients and significantly increases bioavailability.
Head massage
Using your fingertips, massage in circular motions from the hairline to the nape of the neck — at least 5, ideally 10 minutes. Stimulate the classical Marma points on the skull.
Apply Face Elixir
While the Hair Elixir is working: warm 2–3 drops, apply to cleansed face — from the center outwards. Do not rub, gently press in.
Leave on
Hair Elixir for 30–60 minutes, overnight is ideal. Face Elixir is fully absorbed — no wiping necessary. Both oils work while you sleep.
